Education and the Future of Logistics: AFLUENT Arad South Terminal at “Career Week”

Today, on Education Day, we reaffirm a simple belief: the healthy evolution of our community and our economic future depend on a strong partnership between schools and the private sector.

Last week, we had the pleasure of having the AFLUENT Arad South Terminal team join young people and teachers during “Career Week,” a particularly important initiative organized with the involvement of the Arad Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture and prestigious educational institutions in the county, such as the “Dimitrie Țichindeal” Pedagogical High School.

Being close to students reminds us that performance in a modern intermodal terminal relies not only on technology and infrastructure, but above all on people. It is the responsibility of those of us in the business sector to show young people real-world opportunities, development possibilities, and career prospects that they can build right here at home, in our community.

Happy Education Day to all those who educate, guide, and invest passion in shaping tomorrow’s generation! 🚂📚🤝
