Through Arad South Terminal, with its excellent positioning for rail freight access in the western part of Romania, Afluent offers first-rate opportunities for the development of activities related to logistics, production and more, through its owned nearby lands.

Advantages

Located in the south of Arad, in an emerging industrial area, Arad South Terminal has quick access to the A1 motorway and the E671 road, in close proximity to the industrial areas of Arad and Timisoara. In the European context of the flow of goods, we are positioned near the entrance to Romania through the Nădlac customs point, on an important European railway artery – the European Rail Freight Corridor 7 – currently in the process of modernization on our country’s territory. It connects German ports in northwestern Europe with the southeastern part of the continent.

Affluent owns the 82 ha site which the terminal is located on, it offers development opportunities for logistics projects and has the potential to provide with additional 420 ha, available nearby, with quick access to the European road and railway, in close proximity to the highway.

For future investments

The project aims to attract both railway operators and partnerships with large producers, freight forwarding companies or transport companies.
