(Sent before starting the drop of procedure). The process consists of two weighing. In case the order was sent after the container was drop off in the terminal, additional handling charges will be added to costs.

General conditions
Other services than those provided and charged tariffs list, will be executed based on a separate agreement (accepted order) by which the parties will agree – case by case – the service and its price.
The invoicing of services will be done weekly, respectively on the Monday of each week for services provided during the week that ended. The beneficiary will execute the payment of the facts within a maximum of 30 days from the date of issuing the invoice, respectively from the date of receipt of the invoice electronically -by email.
The non-payment of the invoiced price at the due date will bind the Beneficiary to the obligation to pay penalties of 0.5% applicable at the due amount for each day of delay. The value of the penalties can exceed the value of the debt due.
More than 30 days of delay with penalties are not accepted.
After exceeding the 30 days of delay with penalties, Afluent Arad South Terminal reserves the right not to provide any more services for the beneficiary, until he pays the outstanding amounts in full.
At increases of more than 15% in the price of energy and/or fuel, the tariffs will be renegotiated by mutual agreement according to the percentage of increase. The maximum allocated time for operating a train in the terminal is 12 hours
